  3. uninstall visual studio professional

    hi,

    I want to uninstall the vs .net professional, but it gives me error saying:

    Code:
    setup is unable to determine a valid ordering for the installation. see the error log for further details.
    help please.

    a. read the log and find out why

    or

    b. I would google it. Maybe there is a "cleaner" for it.

    or

    c. Read this page on the Microsoft Knowledge Base for removing VS .Net

    afaik there is a text file that opens when you begin the uninstall process, providing you with the correct order in which you must uninstall the different components.
    not following the order has given me a few difficulties in the past... well worth checking it out.
