Quotation Module - Need Help !!

Hey Guys.... I'm kinda stuck with a problem here... When discussing the features for a laptops website I agreed on giving them a quotation module in their eCommerce website...

This quotation module would allow the user/customer to come a take the quotation, regardless, if they buy or not. This module will calculate the price of products according to the quantity of products required And not only export the quotation, but also give the option to eMail it to anyone or print it, right from the website..

Now the problem is, I can't find any module/extension/plugin that I could use, and I've also heard that Magento does not allows this Option !

What should I do now ?
