how to do it with html, css or javascript - onMouseOver there will be several images moving with marquee & onMouseOut there will be a single image?

It will be better if you provide the code or any idea of that, instead of giving any tutorial link, as I've already seen many links with that div-shiv code, but unable to do it may be because of some mistakes...thank u....
